  In rendered or modelled form?  If rendered, check smoothing for
surface along with max smoothing angle (89.5 should work), also check to
make sure you are rendering it in realistic mode, not quickshade.  If it
is in modeler, and you are subdividing use smooth (89.5 smothing angle)
or metaform.
